My Family room Featured on My Design Guide

Earlier this year Thrifty Decor Chick was offering a $50 gift certificate to My Design Guide. All you had to do was register. Well, I did and even submitted my family room for ideas on how to fix it.  It was really easy and quick, they e-mail me a few weeks later with their suggestions on how to improve my family room.

Last week I get an e-mail advertisement from them showing / featuring the room I submitted to their site. Here is the link to the page. I am excited and sad at the same time. I have made some changes to the room. It has come a long way from when I first move in. I don't know if it's to protect my privacy or just an error but they used a different name for the room's owner.  Ow well.

 Here is a photo time line of the changes. Just be ready for a shock on how it has evolved from when I first moved into my home 3 years ago.

As you can see I am still working on it. Right now I am focusing on other rooms. I do change the decor on the fireplace to match the seasons or an event I am hosting. I guess it's time to change the spring theme and go with one for the summer.
