Coffee Table – Revamped

I have a glass coffee table that my dad is always walking into. So until I can get new furniture I had to think of a way to revamp my current table and save my dad’s leg. I had some extra peel-&-stick slate tile I had left over from my old place. So I thought I could use it somehow.

It look good and now I have a faux slate table. Here is a tip I learned while doing this project. Be sure to have the tiles lay flat for a few days. It will take the curve out of them. Mine were standing on their end and curved so it took a few days for them to finally lay flat.

Lay out tile.

Peel tile and stick it to glass
